Taking KQF to New Heights

On 14th March 2014, KQF managing director Faruk Vali reached Everest Base Camp in Nepal, thereby achieving the objective of his 5,000 mile charity fund-raising venture.

Whilst there, he unveiled a KQF poster which must now surely rank as the world’s highest altitude advertisement for quality halal food.

Everest Base Camp lies at an altitude of 5,364 metres (17,598 ft). In reaching it, Faruk and his three friends have trekked through mountain villages, crossed deep gorges and made many friends along the way.
